美國伊利諾伊州萊爾市-CTS公司(紐約證券交易所股票代碼:CTS)宣布推出一款新型TCXO晶振,工作頻率為32.768kHz,適用于需要精密實時時鐘參考的應用。TT32型具有非常嚴格的頻率穩定性,在-40°C至+ 85°C范圍內具有±5.0ppm的溫度,可在溫度變化范圍內保持精確的時間; 與使用具有典型拋物線溫度曲線,+ 25°C轉換點和-0.035ppm /°C 2溫度系數的音叉諧振器的簡單晶體器件相比。

CTS晶振TT32型最低電流消耗為1.5μA@ 3.3V,對于采用低功耗FPGA和微控制器[MCU]的便攜式或手持式電子設備的電池壽命至關重要。它還有助于最大限度地減少喚醒按需操作期間的電流消耗。有源晶振,其他主要功能包括+ 1.8V,+ 2.5V,+ 3.0V和+ 3.3V的工作電壓選項,引腳1使能功能,節省空間的3.28mmx2.50mm陶瓷封裝,符合RoHS標準和標準卷帶包裝。
